A brief critique on MP Gyari Thar

MP Lugtsang Gyari Thar was born in 1972 at Mangra Lugtsang, Domey, Tibet. He did his schooling from state level school, did his teacher’s training from Tsolug Tibetan nationality Autonomous region training Centre and taught for 11 years in Tibet.

In exile, he edited more than 40 magazines and books. He was a member of Dhasa Regional Election Commission and the General Secretary to Domey Central Executive Committee for two terms in each. He also worked as an executive member of ‘His Holiness the Great 14th Dalai Lama’s 80th birthday Celebration Committee.

He is also a teacher turned politician elected in the 15th and 16th TPiE from Dhomey Cholkha. He can talk in length on history of Tibet and on situation inside Tibet in the house. He takes his stand on the prevalent issues in Tibetan community.

His loyalty to his root cholkha is displayed both in words and action.
