During her 15 years of service in Tibetan community she worked as a Research Associate at the TWA and a Senior Program Officer at Tibetan Centre for Human Rights and Democracy (TCHRD). She was the Director of Empowering the Vision Project (ENVISION).
She was elected to the 14th, 15th and 16th TPiE from Dhotoe Cholkha. As a parliamentarian, she is among those few women members who are always at the forefront to demand equal opportunity for women in the house, whereas it is well enshrined in the Charter of CTA. Do they really read the Charter, which is the supreme guideline for them?
She is basking under the nepotism of her brother Kador Aukatsang, the right-hand man of LS. She was given a chance to travel to the the USA as a resource person for the Youth Leadership Meet, when her brother was Dhonchoe of Washington.
Speculation is that she will again be given a chance to attend 5/50 conference as a resource person. Is there no other resource person who can replace her in Tibetan Community on that topic? Strange? LS promised 2500 PhDs in the first term. How many Tibetan students made it? 5?
Despite her US education this drukpa ani just doesn’t have the basic debating skill. Highly emotional and unnecessarily combative with no depth in her talks.
